ABIGAIL: BIO

Abigail Onwunali first participated in forensics during her high school years where she achieved great success from the outset of her competitive career. Her greatest achievement was receiving the 2014 NSDA National Championship in Dramatic Interpretation. That same year she won various other national circuit tournaments including Dramatic Interpretation titles at the 2014 Harvard Invitational and the 2014 Emory Invitational. In Texas, Abigail was the 2014 TFA Champion in Dramatic Interpretation, 2014 Poetry Champion at U.I.L State.  In 2013, Abigail won the Patriot Games in Dramatic Interpretation and was a Prose Finalist at U.I.L State.  During her two years at the college level, she has surpassed her may high school successes. In 2015, during her freshman year, Abigail was a AFA National Finalist in Prose, AFA Semi Finalist in Dramatic Duo and a 2015 NFA National Finalist in Poetry. This past year, as a sophomore, she was the Dramatic Interpretation National Champion as both the AFA and NFA national tournaments.  Additionally, she was blessed to receive National Championships in Prose and Poetry Interpretation and Dramatic Duo finalist honors at the NFA national tournament. Abigail has just completed her sophomore year at The University of Texas at Austin majoring in Human Development and Family Sciences (Pre-Med).
